U.S.W.G.O. Founder accuses eOne of stalling unblocking of truth allies mirrors

Jan. 23, 2012 - PRLog -- When USWGO's founder had called eOne's agent from Canada that sent the email weeks ago that USWGO's documentary featured film, America: From the Road of Freedom to the Streets of fascism, that it was to be unblocked by eOne on YouTube to allow worldwide visitors to watch the documentary. Now USWGO has received word from them over the telephone that the founder has to be patient that he (One of eOnes employees) have to send my request down to eOne to get other peoples mirrors of my document unblocked.

"This is really happening!!! eOne refuses to unblock FederalJack's archive copy of my documentary even though they unblocked my original YouTube video of my full documentary. I am literally at eOnes mercy!!!! Even though I have Fair Use, Fair Dealing in Canada, the law, Constitution, and similar Fair Use doctrines on my side eOne is refusing to quickly overturn the blockades on mirrors that are mirroring copies of my documentary and I am angry about this. That is why I am putting out this press release as eOne will be more opt to comply with my Fair Use Rights under the law and unblock all mirrored copies of my documentary as it should be under the law" says USWGO Founder Brian D. Hill in a statement to the public regarding this outrage.

While first of the two YouTube links below, are accessible worldwide, the other link in the video is blocked worldwide except in the United States which is a clear violation of Fair Dealing in Canada and similar Fair Use doctrines in other countries including Israel which also has a similar Fair Use Doctrine.

The blocking of the videos are not done under the DMCA or any similar legal process but due to a contractual agreement under YouTube's Content ID flagging system. There has been no court order against USWGO or any legal problems with the uploading of the documentary.

USWGO's founder has increasingly warned the public that copyright was to be used as a censorship weapon against the 9/11 truth movement and the public. Copyright wars are not always to protect intellectual property owners or even real content creators but to crack down on the people and censor the truth. Any person that shares even merely seconds of Alex Jone's documentary Endgame: Blueprint for Global Enslavement were blocked worldwide except America plus had an advertisement to buy the film on Amazon due to research by USWGO's intel agents.

"This is not to protect copyrights at all! This is about a censorship war waged on the people.
