Blair, President and CEO of the EDC, followed by Joseph Shaw, First Vice President, Regional Team Leader, at First Niagara Bank. Chris Steele, Principal of CWS Consulting Group, will present their research on the sector. Following the keynote speech by John Jay, Manager of Market Development, Corning Optical Fiber, Lee Kellett of NEFC will moderate a panel discussion. A networking reception will follow. The series is based on the “Economic Development and Business Attraction Planning” report completed by CWS Consulting Group with the support of Western Mass Electric Co.
