Follow on Google News | Inferno Gourmet Burgers is coming to Pickerington, OhioInferno Gourmet Burgers, a Medina based rock ‘n roll themed gourmet burger restaurant, have plans to open a restaurant on February 8 at 10503 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington, Ohio (former Graffiti Burger location).
By: Patty Steen Ordering at Inferno Gourmet Burgers is very simple. Customers start off by choosing their meat – 100% Angus beef, free-range chicken breast, shredded BBQ pork or a veggie burger, a choice of three different buns and their choice of cheese. The 100% Angus beef burger is ground fresh daily and is never frozen. The meat is seasoned with a special blend of 7 spices and grilled over an open flame. In addition to the burgers, Inferno also offers sides including fries and onion rings, gourmet hot dogs and hand-made milkshakes. Elvis fans can order the PB&B milkshake featuring The King’s favorite flavors of peanut butter and banana. Inferno also features local craft beers on draft and a full bar is coming soon. Sean Brauser, CEO & Founder of Inferno, is not new to the restaurant scene. Brauser is CEO & Founder of Romeo’s Pizza, the award-winning pizza chain with 32 locations in Ohio. Romeo’s Pizza has won Best in Columbus for the past three years, 2009-2011. “Inferno is family-friendly but also a great place to relax after work. It’s very high energy”, Brauser claims. “It’ Inferno will offer Happy Hour, Monday-Friday from 4-6 pm and features $1 fries, $2 draft and $3 sliders. In addition, Monday night is Kid’s Night and Tuesday is 2 build-your-own burgers for $10. Inferno Gourmet Burgers will open two more Cleveland locations in Fairlawn and North Olmsted within the next 90 days. The new Columbus area Inferno will be located at 10503 Blacklick Eastern Road and will be open 11 am to 11pm seven days a week and offers dine-in and carryout service.
