Besides hosting team sports the Sports Complex offers an extensive selection of workout programs for all ages from Body Sculpting and Pilates to Cardio Kickboxing and Xtreme-Fit classes.  There is something for everyone at the facility.

If you are a senior, they have a whole group of programs designed for you regardless of whether you are still a serious athlete or just want to stay in or get in shape.  For kids The Indoor Sports Complex has traditional camps for boys & girls ages 5-14 interested in a FUN camp that includes sports, arts & crafts, games, and more.  Daily lunches take place at the Quiet Waters Park.
