By: ACTHA The dates for the “Collections, Foreclosures & Bankruptcies” • Hoffman Estates: Tuesday, March 6 from 7-9 p.m. Partridge Hill Townhome Association, 700 Partridge Hill Dr. Presenters: Marshall Dickler of Dickler, Kahn, Slowikowski & Zavell, Ltd. and Patricia Keating of Exclusive Condominium Management • Frankfort: Thursday, March 8 from 7-9 p.m. Frankfort Township Center, 11000 W. Lincoln Highway Presenters: Stuart Fullett of Fullett Rosenlund Anderson PC and Martin Stone of HSR Property Services • Wheeling: Wednesday, March 14 from 7-9 p.m. Indian Trails Public Library, 355 S. Schoenbeck Rd. Presenters: William Lapelle of the Law Offices of William J. Lapelle and Fred Rodriguez of Heil, Heil, Smart & Golee Each seminar will discuss the increase in foreclosures and delinquencies in community associations, their impact on associations and strategies Boards may adopt in dealing with this issue. Each program requires a minimum of 15 pre-registered attendees in order to take place. The events are free to ACTHA members; $20 per person for non-members.
