Hovnanian® Homes® at Four Seasons at Renaissance, an exciting new active adult community located off Page Road in Morrisville. Larry Pittman, K. Hovnanian® Homes® Vice President of Sales and Marketing, welcomed guests to the event and invited them to tour the community’s four furnished models and five speculative homes. Pittman also unveiled the company’s new incentive of a $6,000 broker bonus for contracts on speculative homes that can be delivered within 60 days.
