L-Tron Corporation announces the new Xenon 1900 Color and 1902 Color scanners from Honeywell

Feb. 13, 2012 - PRLog -- L-Tron Corporation is pleased to announce the availability of the new Xenon 1900 Color and Xenon 1902 Color scanners from Honeywell.
These color scanners offer the same impressive features as the Xenon 1900 and Xenon 1902, but with additional benefit of color imaging.  Like the 1900, the 1900 Color is Honeywell’s most advanced area-imaging scanner.  Similarly, the 1902 Color offers the flexibility of wireless area-imaging that the 1902 offers.  
Both the 1900 Color and the 1902 Color feature Honeywell’s ColorFusion™ technology.  Each color scanner also includes a custom sensor optimized for bar code scanning.  As with all Honeywell products, the 1900 Color and 1902 Color offer impressive performance and reliability.  
Color imaging has many benefits.  Previously unreadable bar codes, such as a red bar code on a white background, are now readable.  It streamlines workflow by eliminating the need for a separate digital camera to capture color images.  Most importantly, the benefits of having color imaging don’t negatively impact the scanners’ scanning ability.  
The 1900 Color and the 1902 Color remain industry-leading bar code scanners, now with the added benefit of color imaging.
