The most significant feature of the new Amron B2B Portal is the document management system. Customers now have the ability to view, print and send via email all of their Amron quotes, orders and invoices in a user-friendly program that’s easy to navigate. In addition, related items such as reports, certificates of conformance and international shipping documents can be printed, emailed or digitally saved to a computer at any time.

A buyer or purchasing agent can be set up to have the ability to retrieve quotes and place orders. End-users are restricted to only generating quotes.

When a customer visits a product page, the negotiated pricing and product availability are clearly shown. Quotes can then be generated from the website and either emailed or printed on Amron International letterhead, which are considered “official”. Orders can be placed online using pre-established Amron terms or with a credit card.
