By: German American Chamber of Commerce, Edelweiss There is no charge for the Stammtisch Meeting on Wednesday, March 14, which begins at 6:30 pm and is a typical Stammtisch where the conversation covers most any topic while enjoying a beer or dinner. The event ends at 9pm. According to German Chamber vice president, Fred Beisser, “The event has two desired outcomes, first for German speaking residents of the Springs to have a regular place to gather informally and enhance their German language skills while enjoying a relaxed atmosphere and libations. Secondly, the idea is also to raise awareness of the German American Chamber of Commerce and its activities throughout the state.” Location is the Rathskeller of the Edelweiss Resstaurant (http://www.EdelweissRest.com) at 34 East Ramona Avenue.
