March 6, 2012 - PRLog -- Foreman and Associates in conjunction with RETS (Real Estate Training Systems) and Batterbee Insurance completed the Arlington, Texas - Tainted Corrosive Chinese Drywall Seminar - Certifying 43 TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) Home Inspectors.

Texas Real Estate Agents now have 43 trained and certified TREC Home Inspectors, knowledgeable and ready to answer their questions, concerning structures potentially infected, constructed, or renovated from as early as 2000 and as late as 2009 with Tainted Corrosive Chinese Drywall.

Texas TREC Home Inspectors attended Foreman and Associates / RETS Arlington and San Marcos two day TREC Certified Seminars and passed their written exam, confirming and validating their knowledge and expertise required to analyze, diagnose, and confirm the presence of Tainted Corrosive Chinese Drywall in all types of structures, both Residential and Commercial.

Texas Port Authority records, manifest, and importation documentation confirm over 19,908,000 pounds of Tainted Corrosive Drywall (TCDW) or Chinese Drywall (CDW) entered the Texas building material supply system during the housing boom years.

Contractors and suppliers unknowingly bought, sold, and / or installed the tainted corrosive drywall material in houses, condominiums, duplexes, commercial properties or structures during the housing BOOM YEARS (2003 - 2007).

Do not be fooled by Home Inspectors promoting XRF technology or testing drywall samples to confirm and validate the presence or installation of Tainted Corrosive Drywall / Chinese Drywall (TCDW / CDW).
