March 5, 2012 - PRLog -- VolunteerHub, the volunteer management software from Carr Engineering, Inc., today announced several new features. The updates are designed to provide additional functionality to volunteer coordinators.

“Over the past few months we have been working to build the next generation of VolunteerHub,” said Michael Carr, President & CEO of Carr Engineering, Inc. “The new features help us take another step toward achieving this goal.”

Volunteer coordinators will notice the significant formatting upgrades that have been made to email notifications (such as event confirmations, reminders, thank-you notes, and other messages). Emails can now be customized to include the organization’s color scheme and a map of the event’s location. HTML formatting provides users with additional flexibility.

VolunteerHub now supports web traffic analysis via Google Analytics. This gives organizations additional visibility into the success of volunteer recruitment and scheduling activities.

For organizations with more than 100 user groups, VolunteerHub now offers a dedicated “User Group Membership” page that displays quickly in all browsers.

Carr Engineering, Inc. develops and markets innovative software for nonprofit organizations. Since 1996, VolunteerHub has been trusted by thousands of volunteer coordinators around the world.
