We offer afternoon classes , morning classes and evening classes for children and adults.
We also offer a Pre School 3 &4 year old program

Our Mixed Martial Arts program enable anyone to fulfill their physical goals, whether you are looking to learn realistic self-defense, get in top shape or to actually become an Amateur or Pro MMA fighter. Students can learn kickboxing, takedowns, boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Students also train in full MMA style without getting hurt by learning realistic fighting techniques in a light contact format.
