R. Christian Anderson to Enters Pre-Production with Feature Film "Unlimited"

March 7, 2012 - PRLog -- Director, Producer, and Screenwriter R. Christian Anderson has entered pre-production with his latest feature titled “Unlimited”. "It's the story of a man who loses the love of his life, then embarks on a journey to find a new love", explains Anderson. "He encounters the usual snags along the way but there are some unexpected and hilarious twists and turns. I believe this film will become a real classic in an unusual genre." He describes the film as a "modern-day, urban, but relatable comedy".  

Anderson directed the feature “Defcon 2012”, which won “Best Science-Fiction Feature at the New York Independent Film Festival in 2010. Though he is an American director, he is a professional member of the Director’s Guild of Great Britain.    

Anderson wrote the feature-length screenplay based on a story by New York playwright Evan Farber. "When I read Evan's wonderful story, I knew it would make a fantastic film" Anderson adds: "It's the story of an average man who goes through some very traumatic events, many of which we have all experienced, but it weaves this dramatic tale with surprising comedic elements. I believe it's a picture the audience will relate to on both a dramatic and humorous level. It's absolutely a character and story-based film. I enjoy depictions of common people, who find themselves in extraordinary circumstances. I think the ordinary among us are often the most amazing in their dealings with life."

Casting is nearly complete with the shoot scheduled for the summer of 2012. The film is being produced by Embarcadero Films for a January 2013 theatrical release.
