Generational Leadership Expert Kim Huggins to Present at Villanova's College of Nursing Conference

Huggins to present the keynote address at COPE’s first annual conference, “Weight Management – What YOU Say Matters!,” to be held on Mar. 31, 2012, at the Philadelphia Marriott West in Conshohocken, Pa. During her keynote address, titled “Hit Your Target: Improve Patient Messages!,” Huggins will help health care providers in understanding the communications preferences and expectations of patients of differing generations, namely Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X and Generation Y.
