11th Annual Southwest Florida Seafood Festival, Classic Car & Bike Show – March 17, 2012

March 8, 2012 - PRLog -- The Matlacha Mariners will host its 11th Annual Southwest Florida Seafood Festival, Classic Car & Bike Show from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 17, 2012, at the German American Club, 2101 SW Pine Island Rd., Cape Coral, FL 33991. The event will showcase a wide variety of fresh seafood, live music and the area’s best classic cars—and new this year are custom and classic bikes for festival goers to enjoy!

This year’s event will feature the doo wop sounds of “Brylcream” and local favorite “Ground Zero.” Chow down on some great seafood and enjoy ever popular landlubber specials, together with plenty of ice cold beverages to wash it all down. (No coolers, please.)

Fun activities are planned for the whole family with arts and crafts vendors, 50/50 drawings, and new games and entertainment just for the kids. Car and bike trophies and award presentations will begin at 4:00 p.m.  

Admission tickets are just $5.00 for adults and children 12 and older; children 11 and under are free with a paid adult admission. The annual event raises funds for the Matlacha Mariners, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that, in turn, contributes to many deserving local community charities and support groups throughout the year.
