Endless Discovery of Japanese Flavors at Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu

March 9, 2012 - PRLog -- Take a gastronomic journey as the 5-star Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu showcases authentic Japanese cuisine prepared by guest Japanese Master Chef Katsuya Ono from the March 9-23, 2012 at Feria Restaurant.

Master Chef Katsuya Ono together with Chef de Partie Yasuhiko Ishii of Radisson Hotel Narita Japan entices guests with an extensive selection of traditional and innovative Japanese dishes. Master Chef Katsuya Ono is the Executive Chef of Radisson Hotel Narita with over three decades of culinary experience from a number of international hotel chains in China, Southeast Asia, New Zealand and Australia.

The Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu Japanese Food Festival will showcase an array of Japanese specialties and features elements of the Japanese culture with traditional Japanese dance performances during the lunch and dinner buffet.

Renowned Executive  Chef Ono will prepare sumptuous Japanese dishes which include Cold Buck Wheat Noodle with Pan Fried Foie Gras, Noodles with Chicken and Curry Soup, Japanese-Style Grilled Beef Steak with Teriyaki Balsamic Sauce served with Root Vegetables Simmered in Tomato Sauce, Hot Buck Wheat Noodles with Crab Meat and Vegetables and Grilled Spearfish and Spring Onion Skewers.

Special sushi selections such as Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese and Herbs, Sea Bream served with Salmon Egg, Beef and Shiitake Mushroom, Lightly Grilled Tuna with Wasabi Mayonnaise, Boiled Cabbage and Chicken with Balsamic Sauce and Boiled Octopus with Basil Sauce are also available during the dinner buffet.
