2012 has brought many exciting new changes for the Wistful Cafe and Bakery, with more to  come. Marcia Kehres Blair, well-known at Southeast Local Schools and the surrounding area for her creative desserts, joined the restaurant staff earlier this year. The Wistful Cafe and Bakery in Edinburg Township, Ohio has been in operation since 2010. This restaurant, located in the Hargett’s Farm Building, is the only one of its kind in the southeast Portage County area, featuring soups, salads, country breakfasts, sandwiches, desserts, and more, plus a wide variety of hot and cold coffee drinks.
