March 19, 2012 - PRLog -- For the past 14 years, Alan Shawn Feinstein has been giving away $1 million each year to hunger agencies throughout the country.

He’s doing it again this year, through his Feinstein Foundation in Cranston, R.I., and again this year the Urban Mission of Steubenville, OH can reap the benefits.

Funds or canned goods donated to the Urban Mission between March 1 and April 30 can be counted in the Feinstein challenge. His $1 million will be divided in full proportionately among the agencies receiving donations toward his offer. The more the community donates to the Urban Mission, the larger the portion to be added by the Feinstein Foundation.

Give whatever you can to the Urban Mission with a check payable to Urban Mission, marked "Feinstein Challenge." Mail it to Urban Mission, 301 North 5th St. Steubenville, OH 43952.  You are also welcome to drop your donations off at one of our two locations.

For more information, visit our website at www.urbanmission.org or call 740.282.8010.

Thank you and God bless you!
