Prudential New Jersey Properties Provides Proper Send-off for Sunshine Kids

March 19, 2012 - PRLog -- Prudential New Jersey Properties is committed to the communities they serve and reaching out to help those in need. The company is proud to support the Sunshine Kids, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with cancer, by providing a proper 'send-off' for four of New Jersey's Sunshine Kids for their journey to Colorado.

On February 26, the children, ages 12 to 18 from Bloomfield, Elmwood Park and Wallington, New Jersey, ventured on a one week ski trip to Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The group was accompanied by St. Joseph's Pediatric Cancer Nurse, Bill Copeck from Bloomfield and will be meeting other children from around the country.  Annette DeCicco, manager of Prudential New Jersey Properties' Livingston Office and Steve Janett, manager of Pruential New Jersey Properties' Montclair and West Essex Regional Office, handed out goodie bags filled with magazines, hats and ski goggles provided a great start to the week ahead.

This program, is sponsored by the Sunshine Kids Foundation. Since 2001, Prudential New Jersey Properties has donated about $650,000 to this charitable foundation that supports children with cancer.
