Face2Face Entertainment joins The Gift of Giving Project

March 23, 2012 - PRLog -- On March 24, 2012, The Gift of Giving Project will kick off its first annual Red Carpet Fundraiser event to help needy orphans in Kenya. The goal is to raise money and collect donated items from our Wishlist to fill a 40ft shipping container with everyday items like educational tools, sports equipment, and electronics, to name a few. These items will be shipped to Nairobi, Kenya in May for a July 2012 delivery. The container will later be converted into a community library.

Hosted by former Miss Great Britain, Liz Fuller, together with the North Hollywood High School Leadership Students will showcase couture by designer Don Demarco in a Fashion Show produced by Facé of Face2Face Entertainment Talent Management. Musical & Dance Performances by Lil Niqo “Boy Wonder”, Ty ‘Mista’ Perkins, David Ruffin Jr., Quetzal, and Deja Jones. As well as, a silent auction by Olympic Artist Jesse Raudales and Phoebe Price whose hats have appeared in Celebrity Apprentice.

Affiliated supporters are, The North Hollywood Neighborhood Council, The NoHo Arts District, Key Club International, the North Hollywood Farmers Market, Dusty Feet, The Harry Potter Alliance, Getty Images, The Africa Channel, PR Photos, and the Los Angeles Consulate Generals of the Republic of Kenya and Argentina.

The event will be broadcast worldwide live via www.LiveStreamers.com.

In an international effort, many Celebrities originally from foreign nations have shared their support for the Gift of Giving Project. Celebrities confirmed to attend are Mario Van Peebles, Bai Ling, Natalie Gal, Kym Whitley, Miguel Núñez Jr., Terrell Tilford, Ernest Harden, Jr., current Miss Hollywood, Consulate General of Kenya in Los Angeles, and the Consulate General of Argentina in Los Angeles, Mr. Jorge Teodoro Lapsenson, and many more.

The Saturday, March 24th event will be at North Hollywood High School, (5231 Colfax Ave, 91601, North Hollywood, CA 91601) from 3pm to 7pm.
