March 26, 2012 - PRLog -- Ranthambhore is a great place to chronicle the natural and historical blend. Dry deciduous forests dotted with ruins of erstwhile times make Ranthambore a photographer’s delight. A Prime tiger habitat, the striking landscape of Ranthambore is home to diverse range of flora and fauna. One can spot the majestic predator in an array of cat behaviors.
Apart from this majestic sight, do keep an eye out for varied other mammals and exotic birds (resident and migratory). Being home to celebrity Tigers and it has witnessed most of the cutting edge documentaries on Tiger behavior. The marvelous Ranthambore fort and Ganesha temple presents a different blend of photographic targets for the Click Frenzy.

Itinerary
Day 1: Evening Departure for Ranthambore
■ Evening Departure for Sawai Madhopur by Jaipur Superfast Express at 6:50 pm from Mumbai Central.

Day 2: Jungle Safari
■ Arrive Sawai Madhopur by 10:30 a.m. and transfer to ITC Welcome Group Ranthambhore Forest Resort.
■ Post some rest and lunch we begin with the Part-I of 18-55 Module.
■ Sundowners, Dinner and Overnight stay at the resort.
18-55 Module - Part I: This session begins with a refresher course on Photography Basics with focus on
■ Digital cameras, Lenses & Specialty lenses
■ Tripods and other Accessories
■ Basics of exposure
■ Metering modes & various modes of focusing
■ Effective use of shutter-speed, aperture & ISO
■ Rules of compositions
■ Ethics

Day 3: Jungle Safari and Image Post Processing
■ Morning and Evening Safari
■ Tiger Behavior slide show and Part-II of 18-55 Module between safaris and after evening safari.
■ Sundowners, Dinner and Overnight stay at the resort.
18-55 Module - Part II: This session covers advanced techniques and daily critic sessions that make you understand finer details to make your photographs stand out.
■ White balance
■ How to shoot Landscapes, Macro, action, slow shutter
■ Effective use of software
■ Digital workflow & Post processing

Day 4: Jungle Safari and Image Post Processing
■ Morning and Evening Safari
■ Tiger Behavior slide show and Part-II of 18-55 Module between safaris and after evening safari.
■ Sundowners, Dinner and Overnight stay at the resort.
18-55 Module - Part III: A follow up of the first two sessions, we intend to wind up the trip with Feedback, Live Photo Competitions and Certification. The photo competition constrains the participants on almost similar shooting conditions, wherein it also provides a platform to test their newly acquired skills apart from exciting prizes.

DAY 5: Departure
■ Morning jungle Safari and Fort Visit.
■ End of Part-III of 18-55 Module.
■ Departure
