By: Susan Frances Spell-It-Out Photos continuously focuses on customer satisfaction. Whether it's the functionality of their website, the esthetic look, or the product options, the focus is always around the question, "What would the customer want?" Their new website design is not only welcoming to the eye, it offers more product photos and information pieces than ever before. Spell-It-Out Photos has always had a top notch product selection, which went beyond the traditional framing that most letter art shops offer. According to Sue Tenerowicz, one of the company's founders, "We try to listen to our customers. They were looking for different ways to use our letters and different price points. We wanted to give them both." The company has just added the option to print customer creations on wood and metal. "The metal is such a cool printing method. The image is printed on special paper and then heated, the ink is actually absorbed right into the metal. It's a fabulous process that produces striking image quality and depth," says Lynn McAuliffe, the other company founder. "Look for new custom quote options in the next month too" says McAuliffe. "We continuously had customers call for special orders that consisted of our letter images with a quote, verse, or saying underneath it. We simply decided to make that a product choice, so that our customers can create it on their own. They are going to love it." This creative duo just won The Best Online Business in 2011 from Diablo Magazine's Best of the East Bay. # # # Spell-It-Out Photos offers custom letter art photography. Their beautiful images of the California countryside create letters. These letters can be placed next to eachother to spell a word of your choice. It's a unique gift or piece of home decor. End
