March 27, 2012 - PRLog -- CARY, NC — March 27, 2012 — Cary-based business, Wedding Story Writer, has announced that they will be volunteering as a vendor for the September 8, 2012 Operation Happily Ever After military wedding on September 8, 2012 in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Operation Happily Ever After is a non-profit organization created to give a dream wedding to a military couple as a way to give back by paying it forward.  The contest, held every year, provides a fully funded wedding to a military couple as a way to say thank you to the men and women in the U.S. Armed Forces who give so much to our country but receive so little in return.  This year, the value of the wedding is projected to be more than $53,000.  Wedding Story Writer will be writing the winning couple’s wedding story, providing them with a beautiful heirloom quality book after the event.  

Founded in 2011 by Cary resident, Michelle McMurray, Wedding Story Writer brings a whole new concept to the wedding industry.  Their writers are hired to attend weddings and write the wedding stories as they occur, capturing every small detail in words.  Everything the writer sees, hears, smells, tastes, or feels is written down, making the story a truly personalized non-fiction literary account of the wedding day.  The end result is a beautifully customized hand-bound book, complete with hand-drawn illustrations, calligraphy, and other artwork.
