Final Section of Supplemental Petition to 9th Circuit By Pro Se Journalist

March 29, 2012 - PRLog -- 49.   This Court also believed that Baldwin's request to reinstate her First Amendment rights was not sufficient enough to "warrant the intervention of this court by means of the extraordinary remedy of mandamus."    Baldwin requests an explanation of same because, in light of the facts stated, supra, Baldwin's Writ falls directly into the Bauman criteria, to wit:

a.   Baldwin has no other adequate means, such as a direct appeal, to attain the relief he or she desires due to the fact that one of her primary defendants is the State Bar of California.  It would be ludicrous to appeal to the California Supreme Court because the State Bar of California is a division of the California Supreme Court and they could not rule on it.
      
b.   Baldwin has been and will be further damaged or prejudiced in a way not correctable on appeal.   As previously pled, the U.S. Supreme Court has repeatedly held that the loss of First Amendments rights is of paramount importance and should be the highest priority.

c.   All of the district court's order set forth, supra, are clearly erroneous as a matter of law because they are driven by unlawful motive.  This Court's Orders follow suit.

d.   The district court's orders contain oft-repeated errors and manifest persistent disregard of the federal rules. This Court's Orders follow suit.  On many occasions, Baldwin has asserted that this unlawful conduct extends to many pro se litigants on many levels and has made it nearly impossible for unrepresented litigants to seek justice much less get it.
