Follow on Google News | There is No Justice in FloridaFlorida's long history of legal corruption becomes glaringly evident with the recent dropping of charges against the killer of Trayvon Martin as well as the exposure of coverups by the Pompano Beach CRA and Grand Jury on Public Corruption and others.
By: WOJS Publications Inc We need only to look at our own Florida Governor Rick Scott, who ran a company involved in the nation’s largest Medicare fraud case to date, including 14 felonies and leading to a historic $1.7 billion dollar fine, to get a sense of how our state’s officials seem to have no problem with committing crimes. And let us not forget the actions of our State Attorney Katherine Harris in 2000 that lead to George Bush being named President, making it known internationally the extent of our state corruption. And of course we can’t forget about all our local attorneys (remember ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein?), judges, and city and county commission members who have been taken down by federal investigations and stings lately. And here in Pompano Beach, Florida we have been exposing the phantom Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency as illegally land grabbing huge amounts of prime property from residents for profit and its resulting obstruction of justice coverup involving a massive conspiracy of commissioners, law firms, judges, government officials, higher courts, and regulatory agencies like the Florida Bar. And yet it seems in Florida with all the criminals holding office and corrupting law and order, there is no justice system left to which one can report these criminals. Even recently, Florida’s Supreme Court Statewide Grand Jury on Public Corruption that was convened by our previous governor Charlie Crist to investigate such corruptions of office and restore some order to a state of runaway government crime, was neatly concluded without making any indictments. To repeat, the year long investigation found no corruption crimes in Florida. Not so surprisingly, the Grand Jury will not be reconvened by Governor Rick Scott either. So what is a citizen to do? Well perhaps first let us all remember that the United States government was created to be a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. It is our responsibility as citizens to be aware, be educated, and be assertive in upholding our Declaration of Independence and U.S. Constitutional rights to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness,” the freedom of speech and religion, the freedom from unreasonable search and seizure, the freedom from cruel and unusual punishments, and the right to not “be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law.” As citizens, we also need to know it is our right to assemble peacefully and petition the government for a redress of grievances and even to finally alter or abolish a government that becomes destructive to these ends. In these times when criminals walk free while our youth are being slain in the streets, it is correct for us to be outraged, and it is appropriate for us to stand together against corruption. With the soon approaching national election, it is more important than ever for us to be involved and conscientiously cast our votes. And here in Pompano Beach, if we re-elect our known ethics violators and criminal conspirators like we have in the past, well, then we’ve only ourselves to blame. --- Find the latest information on the killing of Trayvon Martin using this Google News Feed http://news.google.com/ For the latest information on the Pompano Beach CRA illegal land grabs visit http://www.wojspubs.com For more information on the 19th Statewide Grand Jury on Public Corruption visit http://myfloridalegal.com/ # # # Fashion | Sex | Politics | Entertainment | Art | Education | The World of Jimmy Star Publications Inc is a socially conscious, vitally alive, renaissance- End
