About the book: The Cancer Prayer Book was written to help you and your loved ones feel more in control when your body feels out of control. Terri Forehand, author and nurse, gently and instinctively provides prayers, quotes, and scripture that quiet the restless heart and mind. The Cancer Prayer Book is part of a series of prayer books by DreamWords Publishing, LLC. The mission of DreamWords is to publish prayer books that offer comfort and strength with challenging emotional, medical, and spiritual needs.

About the author: Terri Forehand is a neonatal/pediatric critical care nurse and freelance writer. She writes both fiction and nonfiction for children and adults from her rural home in Indiana where she lives with her husband, three horses, six alpacas, three cats, and any number of dogs in need of rescuing. The Cancer Prayer Book is her first published work for adults, and her children's book titled The ABC's of Cancer According to Lilly has been accepted with a release date yet to be announced in 2013.
