Collins, Einhorn, Farrell & Ulanoff P.C. Adds Attorney Michael T. Price

April 11, 2012 - PRLog -- Southfield-based Collins, Einhorn, Farrell & Ulanoff, P.C. (www.ceflawyers.com) announced that attorney Michael T. Price has joined the firm.

Price focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and employment litigation law.  For the past 12 years, he worked as a private practitioner in Birmingham, representing a variety of clients, including publically held corporations, privately owned businesses, governmental bodies and individuals in Michigan circuit courts, the Michigan Court of Appeals and U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.  Price was named among the Michigan Super Lawyers® Rising Stars in 2008.

Prior to entering private practice, the Birmingham resident served as a pre-hearing attorney for the Michigan Court of Appeals in 1998.  He subsequently held the position of judicial clerk for the Honorable Marilyn J. Kelly, Michigan Supreme Court.

Price earned his juris doctor cum laude from Wayne State University Law School and graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif.  He graduated with high honors from Michigan State University.

He is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.  Price is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, American Bar Association and State Bar of Michigan.
