This move has not stopped them from keeping their customer satifcation high.  Their doors are still open, their phones are still ringing, and their turn around time is still the best in the city; same day for most repairs.  Over the next 2 weeks, PhoneFreaks will continue operating out of their main location at 1219 16 Street NE, Calgary, Alberta.  

This is a big move for PhoneFreaks.  PhoneFreaks will be joining the Calgary shopping sector of 17th Avenue.  Just a block away from a Tim Hortons where customers are able to drop their phone off, run out for a coffee, do some shopping, and return to their repaired phone.  PhoneFreaks president states, "It's a great feeling when you've grown so much that you have to move.  We are looking forward to the extra exposure and anticipate a great deal more of walk-in repairs."
