Chris talks about his musical background as a child growing up in Cincinnati, Ohio, relocating to New York to study at the renowned Julliard School of Music, and studying with famed pianist Billy Taylor.

Chris discusses his long career as a member of the legendary Isley Brothers, where he penned many great hits, including Between the Sheets and For the Love of You, and his years as the lead singer of Isley-Jasper-Isley, when he wrote the worldwide hit "Caravan of Love."  Chris went on to form his own record label, Gold City Music, and continues to write, produce, and perform as a solo artist, releasing over 9 solo albums and producing artists for his Gold City label. His new CD "Inspired" is due out this summer and the single "Someone" is available now.
