Ranging from a roasted and toasted Tahitian Flapjack, to a baked apple and berry San Francisco compote, the breakfasts contain low GI ingredients and are a great source of energy to blast though your morning emails and kick start the day. All lunches are flavoursome and carefully created to exclude garlic and raw onions; delivering all the flavour without the need for pre-meeting mints. The lunches include a Quinoa Salad & Broad Bean Hummus to an Algerian Humus & Roasted Tomato Salad. End the day with a convenient ‘heat and eat’ dinner. The evening meals range from a Pine Nut & Asparagus Risotto to a mildly spiced Thai Red Curry.
