Antique Car Club Visits Creekside Farms

April 23, 2012 - PRLog -- Creekside Farms had a visit from the Western Gaslight 1&2 Cylinder Registry, a division of the Horseless Carriage Club of America. This club is mainly compiled of vehicles dating back to the early 1900's. In essence, all automobiles are Horseless Carriages, but HCCA has defined the Horseless Carriage as any pioneer gas, steam and electric motor vehicle built or manufactured prior to January 1, 1916.

HCCA members got to see firsthand the rows and rows of herbs and lavender growing in our fields. Each guest received a bouquet of mixed herbs and flowers made by our skilled craftsman as they watched.  Creekside Farms welcomes the community and interested parties to tour our farm and facility.  If you would like to schedule a tour just give us a call 831-674-1234.

Creekside Farms provides quality products to many retail and ecommerce companies, having designed and offered numerous product variants to those companies in its 22-year history. Now, 3,000 wreaths are made in a matter of days, instead of weeks.  In 2011 we also launched our own retail website with a variety of designs sold directly from Creekside Farms.  Our website is http://www.creeksidefarms.com.

Our family owned and operated farm is located in California’s Monterey County. We grow on 15 acres on our main site and 5 acres on our home site. Our warm dry climate is ideal for growing and drying our herbs and flowers that we use in our designs.
Our herbs and flowers are grown naturally without harmful pesticides. We grow and use lavender, olive branches, rosemary, sage, marjoram, oregano, thyme, cilantro, dill and various flowering herbs, such as yarrow, monarda and feverfew, in our designs.

This may have been the first car club to tour our farm but it won't be the last.
