Follow on Google News | Waiting on the Federal Courts.Mr. John Crandall, Author of Down and Out in the Tennessee Hills says he is waiting on the Federal Courts.
There have been several interesting developments in the Pre-Trail for this Case. The U.S. Attorney motioned for dismissal on the grounds of the Sovereignty of the United States as found in a recent Federal Precedent, and on the grounds of other Federal Precedents, mostly recent. A dismissal which was granted. Mr. Crandall, a Master in the Field of History, told me that that made no sense to his understanding of American Popular Sovereignty, and he Motioned for the Court to Reconsider, a Motion that was Granted. He then Motioned to go to Oral Argument, a Motion which remains unanswered by the Court. He replied to my inquiries that he had discussed this Motion with the Clerks, and that the Motion remains on the Table and unanswered. He assures me that the Case must almost certainly come to a hearing soon. The Book is available at Barnes and Noble.com, BooksaMillion.com, and Amazon.com. Interested reviewers should also know that it is also up for review at LibraryThing. Time will tell if this Book is as good as Ourselves and Our Author believe that it is. Sales, so far, appear sluggish, but I was, and perhaps still am, convinced that this was one of the Best Books of 2012. The style in "Down and Out in the Tennessee Hills" is not as elegant and Scholarly as Mr. Crandall becomes in our upcoming Title "Why Democracies Fall to Marxism" a book we await the opportunity to bring to the Market, but the readabilty and "page turner" quality of the first Book make it special.
