600 Brickell Signs Restaurant Du Cap

April 24, 2012 - PRLog -- 600 Brickell at Brickell World Plaza has signed a lease agreement with Restaurant Du Cap, a new upscale, vibrant restaurant featuring award-winning Chef Philippe Ruiz from the Palm D’Or Restaurant at the Biltmore in Coral Gables.

Tracy Story of Foram Group represented the landlord and developer in the transaction.  Restaurant Du Cap was represented by Carmen More of Cervera Real Estate.

The lease, for 5,179 square feet, is scheduled to begin Nov. 1st.  Tunu Puri, one of the investors in Zuma Miami, the international group of Japanese restaurants, is the primary shareholder and President of Du Cap LLC. Gerald Laban is Vice President.
