Independent Publishing introduces many new features that make handling orders even more comfortable

Creating orders, monitoring the process of each of them, and also completing tasks are now fulfilled with many new functions. The length of each text can now be defined as a flexible range. There is however still an option to require a specific word count. At the same time, besides PayPal there are new possible payment methods such as money transfer or credit cards. Independent Publishing has also extended the features in its customer account area. Customers monitor each step when processing their orders and they are able to see how long they will take. Useful operating time counter illustrates the previous defined deadlines. Also the new option „Show the revised paragraphs“ is very helpful. With only one click the customers can see and compare both the final and previous text version.

To improve the quality control, the well-known Independent Publishing blacklist feature has been widened by a new automatic option. From now on, due to a three-time lack of compliance with the deadline, the authors will be automatically added to the blacklist. Additionally completing and exporting tasks have been optimised. The new text editor enables customers to adjust their texts even before accepting them. Moreover, they can export their completed texts in new formats such as XML, CSV and Plain CSV. Further formats are planned.

The new API suitable for the pull service of Independent Publishing makes data export much easier and is especially attractive for big projects: customers who use this option , are able to pull their completed texts directly to their Content- Management- System. The effective pull service ensures fast linkage that saves precious time spent on processes at the customer's websites.
Simplified menu- driven operation in the customer account area is the final touch of all changes. All in all, the new features of Independent Publishing make its interface more user-friendly and offers them new helpful options.
