This prestigious endorsement will make East Durham College even more of an excellent place to be for students. The Peter Jones Academy was set up by the infamous “Dragon” from “Dragon’s Den” and the courses offered are actually the first of their kind available to 16-19 year olds. The Peter Jones Academy is passionate about gifting young people with the skills they need to start their own businesses and think creatively. They are partnering up with carefully selected colleges across the UK; these colleges will run the courses on behalf of the academy. East Durham College is a vibrant and highly sought after college; making it the perfect place for an entrepreneur academy. Peter Jones Academy Courses offered at East Durham College East Durham College will offer two specialised courses that will commence in September 2012: • Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Level 2 Diploma • Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Level 3 Diploma Both excellent courses will teach students how to set up and market their own businesses.
