Improved Pinnacle Class 1 Industrial Step from TB Davies is Strongest in Range

He continued, “The new design has improved user safety with deeper and more comfortable treads that incorporate an improved anti-slip surface along with strengthened back legs for increased stability.”

The ribbed aluminium alloy front stiles improve rigidity and balance required to pass the rigorous tests required by British Standards Class 1. At the same time the step delivers an average weight reduction of over ten percent on its predecessor. Improvements include double riveting to improve overall strength and longevity, with additional alterations to the pitch to make climbing more comfortable.

“TB Davies has pushed the safety envelope again with a safer and stronger step without adding to cost, a crucial requirement in a tough market,” said Francis Camilleri, Sales Manager.

He added, “We’ve also been able to respond to customer feedback and increase the height of the knee guard on the platform model to further improve safety and user confidence.”

The new design will alter the dimensions of the steps and customers will need to review sizes and make changes to their advertising material as soon as possible. The new range is scheduled to launch this June.
