By: Pearce Brinkley Cease + Lee The initial effort will include site evaluation, programming, and master planning for the first phase and future development of the site. The PBC+L team assembled for the project includes: Clymer Cease, AIA, principal in charge; Jeffrey Lee, FAIA, design principal; David Francis, AIA, senior project architect; Shann Rushing, AIA, project architect; Doug Brinkley, FAIA, sustainability director; and Marni Rushing, lead interior designer. The AECOM team will be led by Steve Loomis, FAIA, public safety design principal and Belinda Reed, PE, project manager. PBC+L will work with AECOM, a global provider of professional technical and management support services, on the project. AECOM is known world-wide for their expertise with mission critical public safety facilities.
