Colonial Heritage Agent Earns Prestigious Real Estate Award

(May 3, 2012) – Patti Parsley, a Lennar new home consultant at Colonial Heritage since 2004, has been named a Five Star Real Estate Agent℠ for her distinguished work as a Hampton Roads real estate professional.  Parsley was selected by 14,000 homebuyers and readers of Hampton Roads Magazine who evaluated real estate professionals for their ability and commitment to overall
customer satisfaction.

Less than 7 percent of the area’s thousands of real estate professionals earned the distinguished award.  Respondents were asked to evaluate real estate agents they knew through personal experience and evaluate them based on nine criteria including customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, closing preparation, negotiation, finding the right house, marketing of the home, and overall satisfaction.  

A new home consultant at Lennar’s premier active adult community Colonial Heritage in Williamsburg, Parsley has earned multiple Gold Hammer Awards for sales success from the Sales and Marketing Council of the Peninsula Housing and Builders Association (PHBA).  Previously she received the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award from the PHBA for closing more than $71 million dollars in sales in five years.
