Dracut, MA Home Sales, Prices Fall Q1 2012

The data were compiled using MLS Property Information Network, Inc, a local multiple listing service.

Single-family home sales in Dracut, MA dropped 10 percent in the first quarter of 2012, a difference of four sales compared to Q1 2011. The median price of single-family homes decreased 12.5 percent in Q1 2012 compared to Q1 of 2011, a difference of $32,050.  

Condominium sales rose 5.3 percent in Q1 2012, a difference of one sale compared to Q1 of the previous year. The median price of condominiums fell 12.4 percent in Q1 2012, a difference of $17,250 compared to one year prior.

Multi-family home sales fell 50 percent in the first quarter of 2012, a difference of one sale compared to Q1 2011. Multi-family home prices dropped 26.8 percent in Q1 2012, a difference of $68,750 compared to Q1 2011.
