You were incredible at the moment of your birth. You still are, actually, though you may have lost track of this as you came to deal with the people and events of your world.  It is possible to keep track of our basic incredible nature, especially when we are parented consciously. This conversation will include 1) the three phases of early human learning, 2) the reason we have emotions (and what to do with them), 3) why “discipline” is not just about “right” and “wrong,” 4) a way of establishing and maintaining high self-esteem throughout life that also develops ethics and character, and 5) the benefits for parents, family and kids that accrue when we allow our kids to remain “incredible” from their beginning!
