Yong Beach Resort is a beach lovers paradise
May 15, 2012 - PRLog -- Yong Beach Resort joins the ranks of beach resorts represented  by Seahorse Tours. Seahorse Tours is proud to announce that starting today we will be  representing Yong Beach Resort  and has added the resort to our company's website. Yong Beach Resort is a small resort located in San Antonio, Zambales. It has simple facilities but makes up for it with a great beach. The resort also has great mountain views.

Everyone “knows” the best beaches in the Philippines are in Boracay. Just ask anyone thats what they will tell you. The bustling nightlife, the expensive four and five star resorts, beaches crowded with tourist from all over the world, the vendors selling "rolex" watches and old US Silver dollars, Beach chairs and umbrellas for rent covering most of the famous white sand beach. Difficult land and water transfers from the airport. WOW what an experience.

Those who love the beach ,for a beach and not as an canvas to be seen on, look towards Zambales for a beach scene http://www.seahorsetours.com/subicbaybeaches/zambalesbeac... instead . The Zambales coast is kilometer after kilometer of fine beaches. The 170 plus km of shoreline in an lightly inhabited province means extensive uncrowded beaches. Zambales tourism development is way behind Boracay. Most of the resorts are small cozy family own establishments. There are some upscale resorts such as Punta de Uian http://www.seahorsetours.com/hotel/puntadeuian.php but that the exception to the rule. Tourism is improving in the Zambales Province at a slow comfortable pace. The local officials want to insure that the environmental problems that face Boracay will never ruin the local environment.

Charles Davis the President of Seahorse Tours has often acted as an consultant to local tourism and government agencies. In an effort to help expand the local tourism, Seahorse Tours will be adding a few Zambales Resorts to the services we provide. We have in the past promoted   Punta de Uian also located in San Antonio. This resort is one of the largest in Luzon with a variety of upscale accommodations and facilities. The resort remains one of our best booked facilities.  It is very popular with groups. San Antonio is only 30 to 45 minutes away from Subic Bay so it is still attractive to those coming from Manila or from other parts of Northern Luzon.
We have been looking to expand our Zambales services however finding the right resorts is not always easy. The northern area of the Province is a distance away, making them difficult to market to our normal clients. We are in discussions with a few resorts and hope to bring them into our efforts soon.

The addition of Yong Beach Resort http://www.seahorsetours.com/zambalesresorts/yongbeachres... is our first step in the expansion. The resort is just a year old and sits on a wide beach. Next to the beach is a small inlet that opens to a lagoon which wraps around the resort. To the north of the resort along the shore is a small fishing settlement, then on to San Miguel portion of San Antonio. It is a simple place to come and enjoy nature. Cottages and bamboo houses complement the family rooms and other facilities of the resort. There are tents available for those who would rather camp. If you need the comforts of a four star hotel then this place is not for you. However if you are looking to enjoy the outdoors this is it. Beachcombers will find this resort a paradise.
