According to the Herald Sun (http://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/more-news/police-assessing-the-potential-of-drone-aircraft-for-surveillance/story-fn7x8me2-1226354086320), Australian police are assessing whether surveillance from drone aircraft has potential for their use.  “Queensland police and federal law enforcers are … considering drones”… for such uses as … “searches and car chases” …  The photograph accompanying the Herald Sun story is of a Hood Technology UAV imaging system for day and night real-time video that has already been put through police trials.
