Kings & Co affiliate with the AllAgents review centre

May 18, 2012 - PRLog -- Kings & Co has welcomed an affiliation with Allagents review centre as part of the ongoing trend towards unbiased reviews considered genuine and real.  Whilst in the past much a lot of marketing was considered self promotional with the inclusion of quotes from customers or suppliers, today the emphasis is on achieving and reflecting a recognition from the general public, i.e. the real consumer.  This change has occurred largely due to the ability and interconnectivity of social networking.  Whereas prior to this a testimonial or quote taken from a customer tended to remain largely anonymous (and of course downgraded in the consumer mind as to it's intrinsic value), the reviewer or commenter today is very often actually contactable.  This by default increases perception of value and genuineness in the opinion expressed.

By affiliating direct with AllAgents, Kings and Co went a step further by increasing the validity of the review to more than just a generic comment made on a blog or social site to direct towards an industry specific website.  This combination provides both currency in terms of real and valued opinions but also focus in making the channel specific to the property lettings industry.  Kings & Co aim to demonstrate through a verified and specific channel to the local customer base their quality, ability and confidence in sharing their customer's experience with the public.

Kings & Co saw that the attraction of this approach has value to both the landlord and tenant.  For the prospective landlord, it enables them to look past any pushy salesmanship and get real up-to-date and honest opinions about the quality of service being offered.  The landlord is able to read comments from other landlords and also equally importantly comments from tenants about how well they are being looked after by the agent.

For the tenants themselves it's also a reassurance to check these type of reviews, as although the property may be ideal, if the service and support when renting it isn't then it doesn't make for a happy tenancy.
