Property Auction Company To Assist Struggling Estate Agents

May 18, 2012 - PRLog -- London and South East Property Auctions are now able to assist Estate Agents by publishing their unsold houses on their website and offering free legal packs to vendors. If an acceptable offer is made, contracts are exchanged immediately and the purchaser pays all legal costs. This offer is valid for up to six months. If the property remains unsold, the vendor will be responsible for the cost of the legal pack.

The legal pack will be compiled and the acting Estate Agent will continue to show interested parties around the property and anybody wishing to make an offer will still do so in the normal manner. The bonus for the agent is that if the offer is accepted, the purchaser will be obliged to exchange contracts immediately with completion typically within a month.
