Wistful Cafe and Bakery to release Chewie the Wistful Cat merchandise

May 23, 2012 - PRLog -- Wistful Cafe and Bakery in Edinburg, Ohio, will be hosting a song-writing contest once their mascot, Chewie, receives 100 Likes on Facebook. Prizes will include new Chewie the Wistful Cat merchandise and other items. A sneak preview of a T-shirt bearing Chewie’s likeness appeared on his Facebook page earlier this month. As of this press release, Chewie has 83 likes.

Chewie occasionally advertises restaurant specials and other upcoming events. He also posts funny pictures and videos of cats, plus helpful articles on cat health and other topics. His updates include gems like “I may not be a doctor, but I sure give a mean cat scan....” and “I hear there are many desserts to choose from today. Too bad eating any of them will make me sick as a....Sick as a....Oh, I just CAN'T say it.”
