How the Program Works
Step 1: Trade cue in toward the purchase of a Viking or Valhalla cue.
Step 2: Visit nearest UPS, FedEx store or post office and ship old cue and TRADE IN/TRADE UP form to us.
Step 3: You will receive a 20% credit toward your new cue.

Trade Rules
What brands are available in the trade?
Trades will only be accepted toward Viking and Valhalla cues.
Does cue condition affect the trade value?
Cue condition does not matter. Viking wants to turn your old, broken cue into cash toward a new Viking or Valhalla cue.
What if I have a cue to trade in and do not want to purchase at this time?
All trade in cues must be applied toward an immediate purchase.
Do you accept any cue brand?
Yes, any pool cue brand is accepted in this program.
How much is my trade worth?
Upon receipt of your cue, a 20% credit will be applied toward your new Viking or Valhalla cue purchase.
How long does it take to process my trade in?
Upon receipt of your cue, you may purchase a new cue immediately. We will notify you upon receipt.
May I combine this with any other offer?
