Sometimes people are fooled when they first enter the restaurant because it is a little dark and the first thing you see is a bar. There’s a sign instructing you to seat yourself so as you keep walking it brightens up when you get to the actual restaurant. And there it is in front of you, the beautiful patio that everyone talks about. Everyone loves sitting out on the patio with the view of luxury yachts, seagulls and the incredible San Diego weather. Red Sails offers a Sunset Special on Sunday-Thursday with a special menu which varies depending on which fresh fish is available. You may be able to get Macadamia nut crusted Sole or a Charbroiled Steak if there are no fresh fish available one day. They always want to serve fresh fish when it is available so if not, they will go with beef.
