Meribel Ski Chalets To Support Ski 4 Cancer

June 2, 2012 - PRLog -- Meribel Ski Chalets, a specialist provider of chalets in Meribel, has announced its support for ski charity Ski 4 Cancer.  The 3 Valleys ski specialist, who operates five luxury chalets in the popular French ski resort of Meribel, will be donating a number of ‘free weeks’ to Ski 4 Cancer during the summer 2012 season.

Ski 4 Cancer, whose primary purpose is to provide alpine respite holidays for British families affected by cancer, will be sending a number of people recovering from the disease to the mountains this summer.  Plans are also in place to send cancer patients and the recently bereaved to the mountains next winter.

Meribel Ski Chalets, the Meribel chalets specialist has built an enviable reputation for high levels of service, fantastic food and unbeatable value.  Superbly located, all of the company’s chalets are near the ski lifts and come equipped with a range of facilities from saunas to open fires.  In addition, Meribel Ski Chalets provide personalised menus and meals at times to suit each group.

Will Sussman, Managing Director of Meribel Ski Chalets explained the company’s decision to support Ski 4 Cancer, “The months of June and September are a quiet time of year for us.  Although we always seem to fill our summer capacity with cycling enthusiasts and hill-walkers, we thought this year that we should support the work of Ski 4 Cancer – who do some excellent work.  I’m delighted that we are in a position to help.”
