Keller Williams Realty Hires Political Strategist for Management Team

June 6, 2012 - PRLog -- PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA (April 3, 2012)— Keller Williams Realty of Center City, Philadelphia proudly announces that Ted Mucellin is being promoted from within to the position of Assistant Team Leader.

Ted who joined Keller Williams Center City in 2011 in a consultant capacity was instrumental in setting up the KW Fishtown location at 2424 East York. This satellite office loft focuses heavily on new construction, eco Realtors and the agent who caters to the creative class living or working in the Fishtown and Northern Liberties neighborhood.

For his next venture, Ted will be joining Antonio Atacan in launching a Market Center in the Moorestown/ Haddonfield section of Southern New Jersey. Similar to their Center City and Fishtown offices this location will be a contemporary, high tech office dedicated to training, marketing and serving the needs of top-producing, entrepreneurial Realtors.  

Prior to joining KW, Ted was as an extremely successful political consultant to both national and local politicians and as an organizer of highly anticipated fund raisers. His pivotal work on the winning election campaigns of Mayor Michael Nutter and Senator Larry Farnese was recently noted in the Philadelphia Daily News in their story on "10 Rising Young Politicos" as well as in the Philadelphia Inquirer as one of” Philadelphia’s Emerging Connectors.
Ted’s background in law, political campaigning and fundraising has translated seamlessly into real estate marketing and development .  He has found many parallels between the two industries and has decided to focus his skills and talent on expanding the Keller Williams brand under the leadership of Antonio Atacan.

Ted graduated with a bachelor degree from Elizabethtown College and a law degree from Villanova. He will be marrying his fiancée Michelle in July and they are proud home owners in Fishtown.
