By: Dragon Divers This shallow reef dive (14m) was home to many spieces (too many to name them all) including Giant Moray Eels, Blue Spotted Rays, Trigger Fish & Parret Fish. This set the bar quite high because being a training site we all thought it was going to be a bit sparse of life and we were not dissappoionted! Being so close to them underwater is breathtaking seeing then move gracefully and effortlessly around us. Although the dolphins were the highlight of the week, the Northern Red Sea has some fantastic wrecks and we were treated to some of the best. The Thistlegorm (a WWII cargo ship) that was bombed and sank fully laden whilst anchored was an extraordinary experience, carrying out three dives on one of the top ten wrecks in the world. Other wrecks encountered were Ghiannis D, Carnatic, Chrisoula K and The El Mina Mine Sweeper. A fantasic weeks diving was had by all and Dragon Divers can arrange and organise any trip you require with a leading operator in Egypt at very competitive rates.
